The iOS 8 Support and Troubleshooting training course is a 1 day leader led course designed to demonstrate and discuss how to configure and support Apple’s iOS devices.

The key focus of this course is to provide you with the skills and techniques needed to successfully and efficiently support and troubleshoot iOS 8 devices. The course will be run by one of our Apple Master IT trainers whose years of experience will ensure that you have the confidence to use, configure and support your own iOS Devices or those of your clients.

iOS Support and Troubleshooting covers all the key things you need to know when using an iOS device including common issues, along with a collection of tips and recommendations on how to support and troubleshoot them.

This course includes plenty of hands on, where you can follow the instructor through out the day.
